Shipping and return policy

Placing an order
  1.  Through our webshop you can place different items in your shopping cart (choose a product and click on “ add to cart ”). Once satisfied with the selected items, go to your shopping cart and choose “ Checkout ”.
  2. You will be redirected to the page where you can enter your billing and shipping information. Once you have filled in everything, you will get an overview of your order.
  3. If you have filled in everything correctly and checked, choose one of the possible payment methods. When you have chosen, click on " Place order " and you will be redirected to our payment environment where you can enter your payment information depending on the chosen payment method.

If everything went well, you will be returned to our webshop. A confirmation of your order will then appear.

You will also receive a confirmation and overview of your order and payment by email.

Sending and receiving

As soon as we receive your payment, we will get to work!

HUDUUR works with recognized courier services for the delivery of orders.

The place of delivery is the address you provided when placing the order. Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may result in additional costs. So check this carefully!

 The delivery of our products will take place as far as possible within the time specified in the individual order confirmation. We always try to deliver your order as soon as possible, in any case no later than 30 days after placing your order.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of placing your order, you must inform us of this in writing. You can do this by e-mail to huduur@outlook.be or by registered letter. We will then contact you to agree on an additional delivery period. If we have still not been able to deliver your order within this additional period, you have the right to cancel your order. We will then reimburse all costs already paid by you, including any standard shipping costs paid.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, for example when it is not possible to deliver all products in your order at the same time.

The risk of the product passes to you at the moment that you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier (for example a neighbour), takes physical possession of the products.

Returning products

As a customer, you enjoy the legal right of withdrawal . This means
that you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order up to 14 days after you received the product or someone received it for you (for example a neighbor).

How to return a product:

  1. If you choose to return your products, you must inform us of this within 14 days of receiving your products. You can do this by sending an e-mail to huduur@outlook.be , clearly stating that you wish to return your products and which products specifically are involved.
  2. You then send the products within a period of 14 days after the delivery of your order. The products must be neatly and securely packed, if possible in the original packaging, returned to us. You must pay the costs for returning the products yourself.
  3. Once we have received the returned products and checked that everything is in order, we will proceed with a refund. We aim to do this within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you chose when paying for the original order.

PLEASE NOTE! The right of withdrawal does not apply 

  • For the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly intended for a specific person (for example, custom-made or personalised products with, for example, embroidery of a name or specifically requested drawing);
  • The supply of goods which spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Digital products such as online courses, e-books, white papers, webinars, online coaching programs and online training courses, when the customer has expressly agreed prior to delivery to commence performance of the agreement before the end of the cooling-off period and he/she has acknowledged that he/she loses the right of withdrawal by giving this consent.
